what i read 40 years ago, 5000 years ago the chinese in order to preserve milk they put fresh milk out in the snow. the fresh milk start to froze and this enable them to consume milk all year round

Ice cream comes from ancient china they mixed milk and rice in the snow. Persia great slash with fruits ! Ice cream becomes as we know it from Italy
