That is really overpriced. In Finland we pay €/cm. whole looks like 30cm diameter so it would roughly be 4,5-5€/cm. That + scaffolding, cleabing after job etc. on 50cm thick wall would prolly cost 1/2

i was doing that,and believe me,it's not as easy as u think. if u're not knowing what to do,once the saw stucks,u'll break ur hand,sholder,hip 15x.

The kit alone to buy would be a good 600-800 depending on the kit and bits then the labour cost then the knowledge of where to do it from experience and not hitting any other parts e.g. electric wires

hard to say whether it's a hilti or milwaukee core rig but home depot sells them for 4k+ around me. he's probably not insured going by his method of a platform so he charging a little more.
