Ingredients: Garlic Butter Steak Bites: * 1½ lbs sirloin or ribeye, cut into chunks * 1 tbsp avocado oil * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp smoked paprika * ½ tsp onion powder * Salt & cracked black pepper * 2 tbsp butter * 3 garlic cloves, minced * 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Garlic Butter Shrimp: * 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1 tsp Cajun seasoning * ½ tsp garlic powder * 1 tbsp butter * 2 garlic cloves, minced Creamy Parmesan Mashed Potatoes: * 3 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered * 6 tbsp butter * ¾ cup warm heavy cream * ½ cup sour cream * ⅔ cup freshly grated Parmesan * 1 tsp garlic powder * Salt & cracked black pepper Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce: * 2 tbsp butter * 4 garlic cloves, minced * 1 cup heavy cream * ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan * ½ tsp Cajun seasoning * ¼ tsp smoked paprika * Cracked black pepper Finish: * Crispy bacon crumbles * Fresh parsley * Sliced green onions * Parmesan * Cracked black pepper Instructions: 1. Make the mashed potatoes. Boil the potatoes in generously salted water for 15–20 minutes until completely tender. Drain well and mash with butter, warm cream, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 2. Prep the steak. Pat the steak completely dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat avocado oil in a cast iron or skillet until very hot. 3. Sear the steak. Sear the steak in batches for about 2 minutes per side, allowing some pieces to develop darker crusts than others. Reduce the heat, add butter, garlic, and Worcestershire, then toss briefly until glossy. Remove the steak. 4. Cook the shrimp. Season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and garlic powder. Add olive oil to the same skillet and sear the shrimp for about 1–2 minutes per side. Add butter and garlic during the final 30 seconds. 5. Make the sauce. Melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and gently simmer. Stir in Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and cracked pepper until creamy enough to coat the back of a spoon. 6. Assemble. Put a mound of Parmesan mashed potatoes in a bowl. Pile the garlic butter steak bites and seared shrimp. Spoon the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over the steak and shrimp. Finish with bacon crumbles, parsley, green onions, Parmesan, cracked pepper, and a spoonful of the garlic butter left in the skillet.
