Yes you are a family, the 5 of you. Not your landlord. To your landlord, it is a business transaction and you should treat it as such. It's a contract, contracts are business. Its so easy to tell you put that mf through hell and you're a POS.

Our last landlord had us leave so she could sell the house, it never sold, and she ended up having to rent it back out for less than what we were paying 😂 and our new house is SO much better!

As a landlord personally, you HAVE to expect wear and tear. Repainting is a must regardless if it “needs” it or not, we may own the house, but it’s your home for as long as you stay.
