@alaska..us: Incoming!!! Dapper male California condor #328 comes in hot as the team performed a brief nest check. Biologists carefully inspected the egg for viability, took a few quick measurements and removed several pieces of plastic trash from the nest. Once we left, #328 resumed his fatherly duties and calmly returned to incubating the egg. If all goes well, this egg should hatch in early May. We’re happy to report that we currently have eight active California condor nests in the Southern California flock!
