Lemme comfort you by making this Chicken Ginseng Soup! 🥣 Well, this is supoosed to be chinese style.. but I find it a bit bland so I paired it with korean condiments and sauces.. that's how I like it 😜💕✨ This meal is soooo easy to make, heart warming, and packed with health benefits! Perfect meal when you feel under the weather🫂 Chicken Ginseng Soup: 🐓 1 packet of gingseng soup pack (I bought mine in Penang, Ceng Woh brand) 1 whole chicken (mine's around 1kg) Water to cover Sauce 1: 1 diced onion 2 diced jalapenos 7 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp white vinegar 2.5 tbsp honey or sugar Sauce 2: Salt Pepper Sesame oil Toasted sesame seeds Instructions ✨ 1. Boil water with ginseng soul pack, add the chicken and simmer for 1.5 hrs 2. Make the sauce while waiting for the chicken, rice, and chop some spring onion 3. To enjoy, slurp the soup first to get the taste of its clean broth and then add the sauces.. this dish is so light and clean I can finish 1/2 chicken myself hehehe 🤭🤭🤭 If you made this soup using this recipe, please let me know and tag me!!
