I make these delicious pancakes every Sunday, and since you always ask for the recipe, I finally filmed it for you today! 💕 These are packed with nutrients and will give you all the energy you need for an active and fun day🤸🏼‍♀️ Ingredients: * 1 cup (or 2.5 dl) oats * 1 cup (or 2.5 dl) soy, almond, or oat milk * ½ a banana * 1 teaspoon baking powder * ½ teaspoon baking soda * Pinch of salt and cardamom * 2 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder * Coconut oil for cooking Instructions: Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or using a hand blender until smooth. Add more plant milk if needed. Pour the batter onto a lightly oiled skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides. Top with your favorite goodies like nut butter, maple syrup, and berries.
