@kayli.kiing: recipes in this video 🌸💓👇🏼 The turkey bowl is one of my new favorites! 1 lb ground turkey Soy sauce Rice wine vinegar Sesame oil Garlic salt Onion powder Red curry paste Pepper, carrot, onion, garlic GF ramen noodles Ok so for the bowl I cook the turkey, drain the fat and then let it simmer with the ingredients listed below it. I don’t have exact amounts, just measure with your heart. I sauté the vegetables together, adding the garlic at the end. Cook the ramen, save a little of the ramen water. Put it all in a pan together - turkey, ramen water, more soy sauce + other seasonings if it’s feeling dull, add the veggies and tada! Topped with chili flakes. I have been eating the protein cookie dough almost every day as a way to curb my sweet treat craving but also get more protein in. 1 (ish) cup of greek yogurt (I use the Fage green one) 1 scoop of protein powder (I have the chocolate one from Costco) 1-2 tbsp peanut butter or PB powder Dash of vanilla 1 tbsp (ish) Zero sugar jello mix OR almond flower (just changes the consistency of it) I top it with some GF Oreos or dark chocolate chips or dark chocolate pb cup!
