In the beginning of the video you say it's going negative on fuel trims and that it's running rich. Wouldn't negative trims be running lean? Taking away fuel? I haven't dealt with trims a whole lot. 4th yr apprentice.

I've seen those engines get their valves stuck partially open and cause misfire a couple times. be on the lookout for that.

If it wasn’t firing at all, why wasn’t there any fuel on the plug? Is there a fail safe that shuts down fuel to that cylinder?
