Imagine Asta being looked down on and underestimated not just because he's a peasant, but also because he's powerless and has nothing. Everyone calls him evil because he possesses the five-leaf grimoire, even though he has done everything he can to protect the Clover Kingdom and defeat the summoned evil. Meanwhile, Yuno has everything he’s the prince of the Spade Kingdom, he has a four-leaf grimoire, and everyone sees him as the hero. I mean, Yuno has everything, even though he puts in only a little effort, unlike Asta. Asta did everything he could he never gave up on his dream to become the Wizard King, even though he was powerless. No hate to Yuno, but when he ignored Asta, it was kind of disappointing Asta has saved him many times and even shared his dream with Yuno of becoming the Magic Emperor.

I felt so betrayed when I knew that Yuno has everything—a prince of spade kingdom and always get promoted instead of Asta, even though it was always Asta who fought and finished the battle.

The reason why Yuno kept evolving it's because he believes that Asta was already ahead of him and did you guys forgot that Yuno always says that Asta was the one who gave him hope? He knew from the start that Asta wouldnt give up. And to those comments that say that Asta should be a villain and kill Yuno, firstly Asta wouldn't kill Yuno nor anyone unless he is out of control. Secondly, he wouldn't be a villain because he wants to protect and save people. You guys are really missing out on these details.
