As an officer for 34 years, yes free entertainment. I use to say I am going to the circus, front row seating, and even the conductor for the center circle.

kid passed out at a stop sing with his foot on the brake me and my son in-law pulled up next to him I call the police as well as tried to wake the kid up. thankfully he didn't hit and kill someone

nope, I follow ppl swerving in & out & call too. my cousin was unalived by a drunk driver while being his little brothers DD. dude got outta jail, & hit somebody else drunk driving 2 wks later too.
