Know when that comes to meet a foster for adoption is allowed to put their face near the dogs face. They get an explanation as to why. Teaching people is harder than teaching dogs

my dog doesnt like to be touched by people he does not have a relationship with. he snappes at people who try. although he is a small breed with only 10 pounds and cannot do much harm, i wonder whether there is anything i can do apart from telling people not to touch him or him wearing a muzzle?

My dogs love it when I do it, I wouldn’t EVER let a stranger get in their faces like that, NOR would I ever do that to a dog that I don’t know!! Common sense people 😒
