@philip_b_howie: By @lou.ellery Had a chat with GPT to develop some thoughts after chatting with@theleverking @rodney.acero and @sumedh.shivkumar today, I think this better explains what I was trying to get across. It also addresses the statements and questions we often get like "You're a movement guy, why don't you stay in your lane" or "Why don't you just let people do what they want to do" If people were able to see the forest from the trees with regard to Mechanotransduction and therefore health, we would be in a vastly different and IMO 'better' world. We already struggle to communicate with others due to the ineffectiveness of our language in mapping out the reality we're describing, but when you add in poor health to the mix you're basically asking a computer from the 90's to read code written for a brand new PC. Overall, it's not just nice to have more optimal mechanotransduction; it IS the foundation of perception, behavior, and by extension, society. As an observer of a lot of people moving over the last 10 years, I can safely say clients that experience hyperflaccid tendencies in their movement will also exhibit hyperflaccid tendencies in their stress response (i.e. they can't regulate). This then results in them making poor decisions as it relates to their health, social life, value system, voting choices, parenting, you name If you'd like to develop this chain of thought anymore, feel free to in the comments. #functionalpatterns #projectfunction

Lou could write a book on this one concept. We are very lucky to have such intelligence in our camp.
