If you think you can’t eat this and look better in your swimsuit, you’re wrong. When it comes to health and fitness, it’s very rarely ever this or that. Life isn’t about being super ripped and eating strict, its about sharing experiences and delicious food with people you love, and being healthy and strong. So you should cook that recipe you want to try. You should go out to that restaurant you’ve been dreaming about. It just takes some planning and preparation if you’re working towards losing fat, toning up, or building muscle. All you have to do, is use a calorie tracking app (@Cronometer ) and estimate what you’ll be eating (or do exact measurements if you’re cooking at home). And now you know what you have left to eat for the day. Some tips and tricks if you’re not using an app to track: 1. Front load your day with protein. If you stick to protein and veggies for most of the day, you’ll feel satiated until your dinner. AND you’ll have fueled your body with what it needs. 2. Get a workout in before a big meal. Go lift some weights. Go on a hike. Jog. Just go do something. 3. Return back to the status quo the following day. Don’t tell yourself you messed up and you’ll just “start over” the following week. There is no starting over! Just pick up where you left off. Make sure to go check out @Molly Baz page for this 10/10 recipe you need to try. And let me know in the comments what recipes or restaurants you’ve been dying to try… or that I should try next! #personaltrainer #nutritioncoach #musclebuildingtips #highproteinrecipes
