That one is actually a bush. But there is a bleeding heart vine that can climb a trellis. I have the vine.

Maybe one of those structure cages that they sometimes use to help peonies? Idk what they’re actually called

You can divide the plant if it’s too big for the area. 💕

They’re not a climbing plant what do you need to do a split and divide it. Watch my video on tulips and hyacinths. I’ll show you how to split em

You could plant clematis behind it or purchase a North American biennial Adlumia fungosa which poduces clusters produces clusters of soft, elongated pink heart-shaped flowers in pink, but most climbing bleeding hearts varieties are shades of yellow. Your picture is not a climbing variety.

Trim the BOTTOMS! Like a bowl cut. It will get top heavy and then flow!

You can’t make a plant do something it’s not meant to. It’s a bushing plant, just enjoy it as it is.

They aren’t trellising plants, but a support cage would help

You can plant these in the stackable planters & upside planters & they will grow out and down. Which they’re actually very beautiful, either way.

Maybe you could try a peony ring to help things stay up more. It might be a next year solution though.
