Since you’ve been working on the skin care stuff; one thing that several of my relatives went through on prednisone was really bad acne. Not saying don’t take your meds, but maybe ask ur doc about it.

I had to do prednisone routinely as treatment alongside my chemotherapy for 3 and 1/2 years, and I can most certainly say that it completely amps and shifts the personality, emotions, and sensitivity of a person.

Give it time. It’s hard. I used to take a lot of albuterol, and a mask. Practice breathing techniques, even tho you wheezy
