Last time I was there my waiter spilt a full soda down my back and offered free icecream then charged us for it and when I asked why he denied saying it would be comped 😀 never again 😂

Hidden gem? My brother in christ, it's somehow been hanging on for 25+ years serving mostly as a place for undergrads under 21 to get cocktails. It's a relic not a jewel.
