The ruling & guidance is clear that this is applicable either way, trans men and trans women. It's biosex based except when a cis person thinks we've got unspecified 'attributes' they object to.

radar keys are about a fiver, always give priority to disabled people, not all disabilities are apparent. You have to use the loo - chronic dehydration and holding your bladder can cause health issues

The supreme court ruling a nutshell: If you are assigned a boy at birth, (without knowing your chromosomes) then you are a biological male based on your chromosomes, that nobody actually knows, and that can't be changed so you cannot use the womens toilet. If you are assigned a girl at birth, without knowing your chromosomes, you a biological female, based on your chromosomes that nobody knows, and that cannot be changed... Except when you want to use the female toilet and you aren't feminine looking enough. Then you're a man. A man who can't use the men's toilet though, because youre a biological woman based on your chromosomes that nobody knows still. Even though chromosomes alone aren't enough to define sex unless youre 40 years behind in the sciences 🫠
