Bro after cold turkey for a week, you’re solid. Just make it to the week mark and you won’t need to buy these. All I see is 20 trillion of these little rubber tubes getting into the ocean and environment. It’s literally just silicone with some flavor inside. If you want to quit, I mean really quit, you don’t need a crutch. You’ll just quit.
