this was the case for my great grandmother on my dad's dad's side. I only really met her once and it was at my grandpa's funeral but she was so sweet. I think she passed a few months to maybe a year afterwards. we went to her funeral too and wore black and blue for her.

The fact that he never had to experience losing his mom while getting to age fully 🥹 and although she had to experience losing her son, she knows he lived his full life and was reunited within months
