Nursing you need a laptop and iPad are highly encouraged for studying taking notes and etc iPads help you save trees haha is how I think of it

If you need to write a lot of papers laptop all the way. I thought my iPad with a keyboard would do the same thing and it didn’t and I had to buy a laptop as well!!!

im at psu and i have a surface pro which is a laptop that converts to a tablet (you take the keyboard off) and its the best of both worlds!

personally as a freshman finance and accounting major, i think your first two years, a iPad could be better just becayse a lot of intro to major courses are math related which is hard to write notes on a laptop.. but i’ve heard from upperclassmen laptops are essentially necessary
