So when I tell you, these three ingredient bagels are the best I’ve ever had, you’re just gonna have to take my word for it, save this video and try it out for yourself! 🤯 These bagels are simple, healthy and oh did I mention… high in protein too. Funny thing is, of all the doughs I’ve worked with recently, pizza dough, tortilla dough, this has been the easier to knead! In a bowl, combine 1 cup of self rising flour (if you don’t have, just add 1 tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt to all purpose flour), and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. 2. Combine your 2 ingredients and knead well until a dough ball forms (shouldn’t take very long). 3. Cut your dough into 4 parts, roll into a ball and make a hole in the middle, slowly turning it into a bagel shape. 4. Once you’re satisfied with the shape, brush your bagels with some egg wash. 5. Now is the time to add any toppings: I added poppy seeds! 6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees. Flip your pan half way. For the last 5-10 minutes, flip your bagels to allow it to cook all the way through. 7.
