Head over to the link in bio to find my recipes on my ReciMe Page & download the app with code "CALWILLCOOKIT" to save unlimited recipes! 🔗 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS (~4 servings) - ~2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs - Extra virgin olive oil - Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste - Cooked jasmine rice - Sesame seeds (garnish) - Sliced green onions (garnish) Honey Garlic Sauce: - 2/3 cup fresh minced garlic - 2/3 cup bottom 1/2 of green onions (sliced) - 1/2 cup soy sauce - 1/2 cup honey Sesame Sriracha Roasted Green Beans: - ~1.5 lb fresh green beans (snipped) - 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - 1 tbsp sesame oil - 2-3 tbsp fresh minced garlic - 2-3 tbsp sriracha - Salt & pepper to taste Roast at 425°F for 20-30 minutes or until done to your liking (Mix half way through) Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your preference. DIRECTIONS 1. Trim the chicken to your liking then cut into bite sized cubes and add them to a large bowl. Drizzle in some oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder then mix till well combined. 2. Get a large skillet going over medium-high heat and drizzle in some oil. Add in the chicken and let cook for 5-7 minutes without touching it, this helps build a nice crust. From there, give it a mix and let continue cooking mixing every few minutes until the chicken is crispy and cooked all the way through (largest piece should reach ~175°F internal). 3. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the pan and drop the heat to medium-low then add in the garlic and green onions for the sauce. Let sauté for 3-5 minutes then add in the soy sauce and honey.
