Be calmer when you lift the dumbbells, you risk hurting your arm and shoulder. I would advise you to close your elbows a little and go lower with the dumbbells. Do half reps.

do ypu think i can do 50s if i can do 11 reps with 40kg? my gym doesnt have 45kg dumbells so i have to do this big jump

muy bien logrado 👏 mi consejo es que con la ayuda de las rodillas levantes una i luego otra así logras tener mejor control menor riesgo de lesión. pero bravo👏👏
