I inherited £30k back in 2005 ish and if I knew this then I would have done well. Reality was I used the 30,500 15 years later for a deposit.

So at £4.40 a latte 5 days a week you're paying Starbucks / Costa £130,000 over 30 years which is the deposit for a house. Or an apartment in Spain later in life you don't start saving until your 20s.
