You’ve got speed work, long runs, heavy lifts, mobility work, stabilizing/supporting muscle stuff, rest days, and fueling. For most ppl new to exercise, this can be too complicated to make habits.

Have to disagree with you for once. As long as your hybrid split is structured for proper recovery and you’re eating back the calories you’re burning from cardio and then some, youll see muscle gain

Also, love them, but bare, Hopkins, Fabian, all these dudes are definitely doing something a litte extra on the side. You cannot run 15 miles and deadlift heavy on the same day. You just can’t.
