Upset happens with kids, but it’s how you talk to them that makes the difference, she was demanding and probably is the type to say “bc I said so” vs I can see you explaining to your kid why they have to do something. Kids really just want to understand why, and yes testing boundaries is part of it they have to test authority, but how we respond changed the outcome immensely
