I think she stopped and rang his doorbell because of the guy in the background was following her. He told the guy that he was doing the same thing? He wasn’t worried about her being lost he was following her because she was alone at night and saw an opportunity! I hope the guy called police because her home life needs to be investigated

The person in the back appears to be walking a dog. He was probably just watching from a distance. I do that sometimes in my neighborhood when I see kids out after dark, just to make sure they get somewhere safely and be ready to call 911 if need be.
