Had my coworker call one kid to come to the carpet, he just babbled and pointed, and I remember telling him “yeah go ahead and turn on the lights” and he continued on his path and did it lol

before i left my old job, i left DETAILED notes about my client and what she does when expressing what she needs and how to either redirect or respond to! even with sub notes, i made sure to describe EVERY thing i knew others would have trouble with
