Cucumber and yuzu play nicely together, and with some sesame oil and soy, brings together a cocktail that tastes like an appetizer but is refreshing and crushable. 1.5 oz Japanese gin .75 oz yuzu sake (or a normal junmai sake) .5 oz yuzu super juice .5 oz simple syrup 2-3 drops sesame oil half bar spoon soy sauce 4 cucumber coins 1 cucumber coin, for garnish optional yuzu kosho, for garnish add cucumber to a mixing tin, and muddle briefly, then add all the other ingredients with ice and shake until cold.
