@loindaflow: Incorporating simple frame by frame animation to bring your illustrations to life is not only easy and fun, but a very valuable skill to have. In a world where video content is only becoming more and more important, finding ways to turn your illustrations into video graphics is a huge win. Every brand can utilize fun motion graphics that help them connect with their audience- It’s a skill that clients are on the hunt for! The best part is, these features are already in Adobe Fresco where you can draw everything from the outset- so no need to jump between a bunch of different applications. I am loving the new Onion Skins feature- showing you previous frames in varying colors, making it easy for you to make tweaks in your current frame. In the settings you can actually change how many frames are shown as Onion Skins and their opacity level- do what works best for you! I created this animation using only 12 frames and have it set to “Loop” so it plays over and over again. You can work with Onions Skins to draw your character a bit different in each frame OR if you just want to add motion to a few elements in your design, you just duplicate each frame and make small tweaks, like I did! Oh did I also mention that @Adobe Fresco is completely free? So if you haven’t already, give it a try!
