Don’t ever be afraid to ask for help. It’s not a sign of weakness or that you can’t do it. NICU Nurse here 30 yrs, i ask for help even if it’s just to stay on time. Dont wait till your drowning.

I did this before in my nursing career. As the months and years go by it will get better. Even as seasoned nurse you may have some not so good shifts, but get help from your colleagues . U can do it!
