Okay where is the bathroom and the kitchen doesn’t have too much cabinet space. 4 flights of steps, $4,000 is not a steal. Imagine hauling groceries. No thanks

People that live in New York are freaking crazy. I have a 1000sq ft house with full basement. A 60 x 60 backyard and paid $97k in 2013. Even with refinancing x 2 I pay $1430 a month. 1 1/2 bath
