I lost 20 pounds in one month, I changed my diet and incorporated more exercise! I just am excited and wanted to share. If anyone wanted to know the diet, it’s chicken, salmon and steak. Rice or potatoes as a side and then a vegetable.. my portions are smaller and then for a snack I’ll have yogurt with strawberries and granola, or have a banana or a tuna fish sandwich. What really changed me to this diet is my Husband🫀🌵😈💍🦄☀️⛈️💵👴🏻 had a health scare and he had to change his whole diet so I promised him I would do it with him.. no pizza no fast food no junk food. It’s hard because when you’re on the road and you want to go to the gas station literally nothing healthy in there but we make it work..
