@thedenisepotter: “Your life grows in proportion to your courage.” ~ Denise Rosales ~ 😏🤘🏼 This past Sunday, The Frederick Sober Girl Gang crushed the Spring Bloom Adventure Race! 🛶🏔️ 4 hours of paddling, hiking, map-reading — and yep, we took 1st place in our division! 🏆 (OBSESSED with our victory socks.🧦😂) Also loved the Girl Scout cookies, t-shirts, and rubber duckies🍪🦆 No way the old me would’ve said yes to this... let alone THRIVED in it. 💪🏼 Sobriety made this moment possible — strong, clear, and fully present. 💜 PS: If you’re sober curious and want your own crew, search “sober girls {your city &/or state}” on Facebook. That's it.😉 & that one small step changed my whole life. Follow @thedeniserosales for sober fun, mindset tips, recovery hacks, & social survival skills in a society that glorifies alcohol. I went from drinking daily to over 3 1/2 years sober! And I NEVER want to go back to wasting my life away 😎 #sobermotivation #soberfun #soberandstrong #sundaymorning #funwithoutdrinking #womenandsobriety #adventurerace #hikinglife #womenwhohike #alcoholfreelifestyle #sobertiktok
