I’ve talked to Steve Grant about this ( the guy who created the backstory). He said that he thinks the people using are white suprimests however it’s not misinterpretation rather lacking morals

I don't mind so soldiers that much but can not stand law enforcement. The whole point is he taken the law into his own hands because the law fails.

The symbol is used so folks don't feel alone in their anger. That feeling like it was all for nothing and there's no purpose. To scare people. Nothing a few years with a therapist won't fix
