_davidmursa🤍 :
My symptoms started in 2024 with hives (urticaria) and severe itching.
By 2025, the symptoms became worse and are now present almost continuously.
I constantly feel as if my body is overheating from the inside.
My skin often feels warm to the touch, and heat triggers a burning and itching sensation.
Warm environments significantly worsen my symptoms.
Physical activity, exertion, or increased body temperature can make the symptoms worse.
Even at rest, I often feel overheated.
I sometimes experience headaches and general weakness.
I have tried several antihistamines, including loratadine, desloratadine (Lendin), cetirizine, and Tamalis, but they have not provided significant improvement.
I have also used steroid creams and moisturizers with only mild and temporary benefit.
The symptoms have been present for more than a year and significantly affect my daily life and quality of life.
The skin reactions appear mainly in response to heat and usually disappear within minutes.
Other forms of physical urticaria (such as cold, water, vibration, or pressure-induced urticaria) are not suspected.
No clear connection with food intake has been identified.
Assessment:
Chronic urticaria (chronic hives) is considered likely.
Recommendation:
Continue Tamalis 4 times daily as prescribed.
Further evaluation at a specialized dermatology clinic, such as the Semmelweis University Dermatology Clinic or the University of Debrecen Dermatology Clinic.
If anyone has experienced similar symptoms, has chronic urticaria, or can offer any advice, I would really appreciate your help. Thank you very much.
