Chicken Pot Pie Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast 1/2 cup onion 4 garlic cloves 3 bay leaves 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp chicken bouillon Chicken Pot Pie Mix: 3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp unsalted butter 1/2 cup onion -chopped 3 celery sticks -chopped 2 carrots -chopped 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp roasted garlic, rosemary & sea salt spice blend 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cups frozen green peas 2 cups of chicken stock 1 cup milk 1 box of pie crust Instructions: •Cook chicken breast in a 4 quart size pan, fill it up with water add the ingredients listed above •Cover, cook on low for 1 hour & 30 minutes. •Let it cook down before shredding it, remove chicken breast. •Shred chicken breast. •Save chicken stock you will need it for the chicken pot pie. Chicken pot pie steps: •In a 4 quart size pan add oil & butter continue with adding onion, celery, carrots & garlic. •Cook until translucent, sprinkle in flour cook for 2-3 minutes. •Pour in chicken stock & milk, cook for 5 minutes add in shredded chicken & frozen peas. •Cook for another 5 minutes. •Pre heat oven to 375F •Now, prep the pie crust. •I’m using 5 + 1 small square. individual ceramic trays. •You can use regular round pie pan. •Fill in the chicken pie mixture, place the pie crust over it, egg wash & cut the top of each pie. •Bake at 375F for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden on top of each pie. •Cold down for about 15 minutes before enjoying. #chicken #pie #baking #viraltiktok
