I use bastiongpt it’s $20 a month, hipaa compliant and I just type what was discussed in the session in two sentences and then it creates any type of note I need!

Ai makes me nervous as a therapist. I see it helping with notes, but I also could imagine a world in which insurance would rather pay for Ai than pay people.

Been using AI to help me write my notes since 2023 (I even tried Blueprint for a bit but it was a touch too pricey for me). I love it, but be prepared for some scalding hot takes from our comrades about it

Do you think it’s bad that my therapist uses AI during session as in she records and it does the summary during? She asked me and I said yes but now feeling a bit iffy because of the stuff I talk about but am a people pleaser and don’t want to say anything😬 plus I like that she can interact with me more rather than constantly taking notes but just seems not super safe

my recently old therapist’s branch sent out consent forms to clients and encouraged their employees to atleast try out the AI notes. I didn’t sign it cus it sounds bad but good at the same time
