@rainesgallery: Set of 2 nightstands 🤍 this is the white alder shade but they have more color options. These nightstands perfect neutral set for my bedroom. Theyre a good size, easy to put together and such amazing quality. These bedside tables look so pretty next to my bed and match my room’s decor & aesthetic perfectly ✨ #nightstand #nightstands #bedsidetables #bedroomfurniture #bedroomessentials #bedsidetable #woodennightstand #sicotas #endtable #endtables

If you’ve ever had blood tests done for fatigue, iron deficiency, thyroid problems, hormone imbalances, fertility, PCOS or endometriosis, there’s something I want more people to understand: How you prepare for your blood test can affect your results. And sometimes, seemingly small things can make those results much harder to interpret properly. Your menstrual cycle matters when testing reproductive hormones because hormone concentrations change significantly throughout the cycle. If you’re comparing results, you need to know when in the cycle they were taken. Time of day can matter too. Some markers have natural circadian variation, which is why timing should be consistent when appropriate. Supplements can affect results. Taking iron shortly before an iron study, for example, can temporarily increase serum iron and transferrin saturation and potentially give you a misleading picture. And strenuous exercise before pathology can temporarily alter several markers, including CK and some liver enzymes. This is why I always want to know the context around a blood test rather than simply looking at whether something has been flagged high or low. At Nourishing Apothecary, we interpret pathology alongside your symptoms, health history, medications, supplements and what was happening around the time your blood was collected. If you’d like someone to go through your pathology properly, Toni is our naturopath who focuses on women’s hormones, thyroid, weight and metabolic health. You can book a FREE Discovery Call with Toni through our website. 🌿 www.nourishingapothecary.com.au Not sure whether Toni or another practitioner is the right fit for you? Comment the word CLINIC below and we’ll send you our Find the Right Practitioner form. Once you complete it, one of our naturopaths will contact you and help match you with the practitioner best suited to your health goals. #bloodtests #pathology #womenshealth #thyroidhealth #hormonehealth
