I definitely wish I could talk to my partner like this. It’s about connection not just performing a bodily function. When I express how I need physical intimacy and personal time with my partner it gets brushed off and the reply will be that their are other ways that she shows that she loves me and that I’m just ignoring it.

Had this exact conversation and done everything and more you suggest in the caption and she rarely reciprocates the little connectons and even told me recently "you just need to find someone else for that part of our relationship" I don't want anyone else, I just want the one that's supposed to want me and love me to want and love me. I'm pretty sure it will never happen. I have just learned to suffer in silence because if I even hint at it, it starts an argument...
