I apply on my clothes bc I generally don’t like my skin soaking up the fragrance so much, esp when it’s alcohol based and isn’t a “clean” fragrance

a base of lotion or Vaseline kills projection, don't do it unless you want to turn your perfume into a skin scent after 5 minutes
