My neighbor is doing this to our dogs while they are in their own backyard. They don’t ever bark unless someone steps onto the property. This is a torture device & some of y’all enjoy the power of these tools it’s weird.

My dogs are supposed to bark, let’s me know when someone is around my house….my neighborhood knows who my dogs are. If someone used this on my dogs and I saw this I’d end up catching a charge..my yards fenced in and posted for a reason

My dog has a severe nose phobia. If I found out someone was terrorizing her like this, walking up to my property to trigger her to bark just to hurt her for their own sick enjoyment, it would not be a good time for that person. Stay off my property and my dogs won't bark at you.
