Okay, I can answer this: do NOT use this step IF you do the oil before wash. You will use them interchangeably. I hope this helps! I’ve looked at this stuff over and over and made notes. So I’m pretty sure that’s what the confusion could be

This question never gets answered: do we wash out k18 before conditioner or just put conditioner ontop?

could you make a video addressing "protein overload" and overdoing these protein/bonding treatments/masks/conditioners bc people are saying it can make your hair brittle/fall out. 😩

So we leave the bond repair in then condition and rinse? Even though k18 says not to rinse it out?

So I shampoo, rinse, pop K18 in, leave 5-10 minutes, apply conditioner then rinse? I was told to use K18 instead of conditioner after shampooing, but my hair is way too long to not condition!

I get so confused about the k18 usage. I understand that there needs to be no conditioner on the hair before using so the product can properly penetrate the hair cuticle. As for after the 4 min wait, can I use regular conditioner instead of leave in conditioners? My question is, Wouldn’t that sort of defeat the entire k18 purpose if I’m rinsing out the conditioner? Isn’t k18 a molecular leave in mask? Advice?
