@lori_ilc: Cookie butter + banana bread = best thing ever 🍪🍌🍞 Ingredients: 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs, room temperature 3 mashed ripe bananas 1/2 cup creamy Biscoff spread (warmed in the microwave for 20-30 seconds) 1/4 cup sour cream, room temperature 1 tbsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp whole milk 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon ✨Cookie butter glaze✨ 3/4 cup powdered sugar 2 tbsp creamy Biscoff spread 2-3 tbsp whole milk 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt crushed Biscoff cookies to garnish (optional) 1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a 9x5 baking pan with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, add bananas and mash them up. 3. Add the vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, creamy biscoff spread, sour cream, vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk the ingredients until well combined. 4. In a medium bowl, add and whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. 5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. 6. Gently pour batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. 7. Let banana bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before moving it onto a cooling rack. 8. In a small bowl, add and whisk together all the ingredients for the glaze. Powdered sugar, creamy biscoff spread, whole milk, vanilla extract, and salt. 9. Add the glaze on top of the banana bread. 10. (Optional) crush up some biscoff cookies and add on top.
