looks 🔥! at the comment section: this is seitan, a high protein meat alternative originating from 6th cen Buddhist monks. it's delicious and safe unless you have celiac. gluten cannot be substituted

I made these tonight and they are amazing!!! They taste exactly the same as the Tofurkey sausages!!! Thankyou so much!!!! Opened my eyes to vital wheat gluten! Can u make other recipes with it?🙏

I've been a seitan-eating vegetarian for years but *just* got diagnosed with celiac and this is the first video on my fyp today 😂 it looks bomb, great work with the beans! I like to add roasted mushrooms as well
