Average 27,000 steps a shift... no peeing, no drinking, if I get a lunch it's not until around 5pm ... last 3 in a row was hospitalized for dehydration....

As a Murse brudda I agree ! Heavy on da some 8 & 12hr shifts w no water, br breaks - why I makes sure I sip my water & I make it mandatory to workout after work that helps keeps da mental balanced & us nurses gotta learn to get away from work & travel, enjoy we gotta balance life so you don’t get burned out / miserable
