Stephanie White is a good coach! These are just attributes of a good coach. She missed getting star players highly motivated and giving them the respect they deserve. Sides was not a good coach.

I think several things need to be said: Rookie Coach trying to learn from her own mistakes. Unfortunately she wasn’t even an assistant coach before coming to the W. Coach White has and I’m excited!

When sides said "You cant coach effort" I knew the whole teams disnt respect her any more. A coachs job is to teach, motivate, and put players in a position to be successful
