I’ve tried both, Bose was uncomfortable so I sold them, the Shokz open dots are super comfortable! But my favorite is the Huawei freeclip.

These are copying the huawei freeclips. But also expensive. Cheaper alternative which i have are Anker soundcore c30i. First headphones I’ve been able to wear for hours without pain

I’ve the Bose ultra open earbuds and Shokz open dots. My suggestion is to head to stores to have a try yourself. For me, I preferred the Bose in terms of sound, wearability for hours. I wish I cld like the Shokz more.
