@mississippivipers: 🎤 Coach got mic’d up… and the kids got locked in. We’re just 10 days out from our next tournament, so yes—practice was intense. But for every up-down, there were high fives, fist bumps, and plenty of laughs. Sometimes the volume goes up, but so does the energy, the accountability, and the love for this team. my personal opinion i would never take little league this seriously these are kids. i was yelled at when i was in little league and this ruined everything for me. i had to talk to coaches making sure that they wouldn’t yell at me. i know that you are trying it prepare them but this is not okay. kids get scared when adults yell at them .

My son is on this team. Yes the coach makes him cry from getting onto him but they LOVE each other like family and when my son got a walk-off single this man picked him up off the base

This is great coaching, but not for this age group man. These kids are too young to take this sport this serious. They’re just gonna get burnt out within a couple years and quit the sport all together because of this style of coaching😕

Instead of just saying you missed the bag, maybe tell them where to try to hit the bag on their way to first and coach instead of just telling them to do up downs

Yall don’t understand if this is any type of competitive / travel ball then this is how coaches SHOULD be. Firm but they teach. These kinds of coaches make the greatest impact on kids.
